Over 48,000 Emera Maine Customers Without Power Friday Morning

There are over 48,000 Emera Maine customers without power Friday morning, as of 8:30, November 1st.

With a high wind warning in place Downeast Maine until 6PM Friday November 1st, it's going to be a long weekend for Emera Maine's linecrews and customers. Crews are focused on ensuring public safety by first addressing reports of downed lines and then performing repairs

Although it is warm Friday morning, with temperatures in the lower 60's/high 50's, temps will be falling throughout the day. Tonight in Downeast Maine we can expect temperatures in the lower 30's and temps will only be in the mid 40's on Saturday.
