Crazy? Or Crazy like a fox? The MDI Cross Country Team has had enormous success not only in the North Regional Meets but also in the State Cross Country Meets! On Friday afternoon, October 28th with air temperature right around 50 degrees and water temperature at 63.5 degrees, the Trojans prepped for Saturday's State Meet the "Trojan Way".

They took a 15 minute easy run along Bar Harbor's shore path, and then went into the Ocean, at least up to their waist, with some going totally underwater. The reason? To make sure their legs were free of all the lactic acid!

Check out the photos and video! Best of luck on Saturday!
