MDI Boys Seniors (Audio)

Friday, February 7th was Senior Night for the MDI Boy's Basketball Team and they went out in style, winning their last game at Bernard Parady Gymnasium defeating Ellsworth 63-59, to earn the 3rd seed and automatic bye to the Cross Insurance Center.

I had the pleasure of talking with the 5 seniors and Coach Justin Phelps after the game. I have watched these young men since they entered MDI High School, and broadcast their games for their entire career. They have grown up into great young men, and I have spent long bus rides with them, and they have represented their community, school and families with pride, enthusiasm and dignity.
