The National Weather Service in Caribou and local TV meteorologists are predicting snow for Thursday, but no one has gone out on the limb, yet, to give snowfall totals. That's why I reached out to amateur meteorologist Frankie MacDonald on Monday night, to get his take on the upcoming storm!
