The deadline for parents and guardians to sign up for Community Closet 207's holiday gift assistance  is Friday, November 14th.

Gifts may be picked up at the Moore Community Center on State Street in Ellsworth on Saturday, December 13th between 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 1 p.m and 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.. (You will select on the application)

Applicants will select at least 3 categories from the options. below. The groups are to help collect appropriate donations. Children are NOT guaranteed the selected gifts.

  • Winter Coats/Boots
  • Books: Activity, Coloring, Board Books for Toddlers, Chapter Books for Teens
  • Board Games and Puzzles
  • Dolls and Barbies
  • Craft Kits and Art Supplies
  • Cars, Trucks, Construction Toys
  • Legos
  • PlayDoh and Sensory Sand
  • Stuffed Animals and Plushies
  • Personal Care Items for Teen Boy
  • Personal Care Items for Teen Girls
  • Sports Items: Balls, Bats, Games etc.
  • Clothing

The Community Christmas Application may be found HERE. This is limited to children in Hancock County. Note, grandparents and relatives may not fill out the form, it is to be filled out by parents or custodial guardians.
