High Street Ellsworth Water Outage

The City of Ellsworth has informed us that there is an unexpected water outage affecting businesses and residences along High Street in Ellsworth on Monday morning, April 14th.

According to the City

A contractor struck a water main this morning, resulting in a outage affecting locations along the High Street area. Our Water Department crew is aware and on-site working to repair the issue and restore service as quickly as possible.
At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for when water will be restored. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
There is no boil water order in effect at this time.

Updates will be posted to the City of Ellsworth's Facebook Page, and we will of course pass them along as we receive information.

Please give the City of Ellsworth's Water Department personnel as much room as possible as they work to fix this problem as quickly and safely as possible.
