Full Moon on Friday the 13th

This Friday, September 13th there will be a full moon! That's right, a full moon on Friday the 13th!  Get ready!

According to NASA it's the Harvest Moon, as it is the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox aka the first day of Fall, which is September 23rd.

The last time there was a full moon on Friday the 13th was back in 2000 on October 13th. The next time after this Friday, that this phenomenon will occur will be on August 13, 2049
