Members of Bar Harbor Bank and Trust, along with DJ Fred from our sister station I-95 WWMJ will be outside in below freezing temperatures on Friday, November 10th at the Shaw's in Ellsworth from 11AM to 1PM to collect non-perishable food items and cash.

All items and cash collected on November 10th will be given to the Emmaus Center in Ellsworth. The food drive goes through November 17th. You can bring nonperishable food, grocery store gift cards or cash donations to any Bar Harbor Bank & Trust branch and receive a “Food for Good” reusable grocery tote, while supplies last.

In addition to this Friday’s broadcast and collection from the Bar Harbor Hannaford, representatives from Bar Harbor Bank and Trust and I-95 will be at the following locations

Friday November 17th – Milbridge  at Bayside Supermarket 11AM – 1PM

All donations go to food pantries located in the towns where they are collected, directly benefiting your friends and neighbors.  Local food pantries receiving these donations include: Bar Harbor Food Pantry, Westside Food Pantry, Emmaus Center, Loaves and Fishes, Tree of Life, Maine Sea Coast Mission Food Pantry at Weald Bethel, Island Pantry, TIF Food Pantry, Lifeline Food Pantry, Machias Food Pantry, China Community Food Pantry, Mid-Coast Hunger Prevention Program, and Lubec Food Pantry.
