Fire on Main Street in Ellsworth

2:52 PM Update. - Main Street has been reopened

Motorists are being asked to avoid Main Street in Ellsworth as the Ellsworth Fire Department is fighting a fire at 198 Main Street, across from the Post Office

The Ellsworth Police Department reported around 1:45 that Main Street between High Street and School Streets was shut down as the Fire Department was battling a structure fire.
