Escape In Ellsworth

There's a new business in Ellsworth, Rush Hour Gaming located at the Mill Mall at 248 State Street, and they have Escape Rooms! What's an Escape Room? An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and escape within a set time limit. The games are physical versions of "escape the room" video games.

The Rush Hour Gaming Escape Rooms are designed for teams of 4 to 8. Cost is $25.00 per person and you need to solve the puzzle and "escape" within 1 hour, while searching for hidden compartments, secret passageways and clues to complete the puzzle/scavenger hunt!

There is 1 room open right now - "Off the Rocker Doctor" and another in the works which should be open very soon "Gold Ball Pursuit".

In "Off the Rocker Doctor" you're at the hospital for a routine check-up and in the waiting room. An assistant comes out to give you some candy, the room starts spinning and everything goes black! As you awaken you find yourself in a hospital room and you hear the screams of other patients! You have 60 minutes to escape before the mad doctor reaches your room!

In "Gold Ball Pursuit" your town has won the Gold Ball (Basketball State Championship). You have been tipped off as to it's location but you have to be quick, they know you're coming to take it back!

In addition to the Escape Rooms there is also a golf simulation room that allows you to play 15 golf courses while taking full swings! You can drive, chip and putt like you're actually on any of these championship golf courses
