Ellsworth’s Sumpter to Retire as Economic Development Director

The City of Ellsworth is looking for a new Economic Development Director, as Micki Sumpter is set to retire as the Ellsworth Economic Development Director in October after 6 years in the position.

Prior to becoming full time Economic Development Director, Micki worked for the City in a part time capacity for 2 years and was the Executive Director of the Ellsworth Area Chamber of Commerce for 15 years.

Sumpter will plan on assisting the City in a part time capacity through June 2019.
