City Councilors wanted a community  event to tie into all the other holiday happenings city wide.”

“We hope that many families who are enjoying the long Thanksgiving weekend will come into town for the tree lighting” stated Gretchen Wilson Director of the Chamber of Commerce “It’s a great way to celebrate as well as show off what our local businesses have to offer”.
