Ellsworth Knowlton Park’s Splash Pad and Rest Rooms to Open Early June [UPDATE]

Great news! Lisa Sekulich the Director of Public Works for the City of Ellsworth confirmed this morning, May 18th that the Splash Pad and Rest Rooms will open for the season  for the weekend of June 5th.

Director Sekulich told us back on May 18th that plumbers were heading to Knowlton Park the week of May 24th, to check on the status of the Splash Pad and Rest Rooms. Assuming that everything is in good shape, the early June opening looks good!

The Ellsworth Public Works Department was hoping somehow to have everything ready for Memorial Day, but it turns out it will be ready for the June 5th weekend.
