Ellsworth Kindergarten Online Registration for 2021-22 School Year Available

If you are an Ellsworth resident with a child(ren) who will be 5 on or before October 21, 2021 it is time to register your child(ren) for Kindergarten.

Everything is done on-line and you can start entering information HERE. Don't worry if you don't have all the information at the time you start, because you can always go back, you just need to not the application number that will appear in the upper right hand of the screen.

However, to make it easy for you, you will need the following documents

• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency (copy of utility bill, rental/mortgage agreement, real estate tax bill, driver's license are all acceptable)
• Current vaccinations
• Custody paperwork (if applicable)

These documents will need to be uploaded or emailed to registration@ellsworthschools.org

Pleas note a registration is not complete until a copy of the birth certificate and proof of residency has been submitted.
