DEFY 3-4 Girls Win Lawrence Tournament
Congratulations to the Down East Family YMCA 3rd-4th Grade Girls Basketball Team! They won the PAL/Pepsi Hoops Classic 3rd/4th grade Basketball Tournament at Lawrence High School in Fairfield on Sunday, March 17th.

According to Josh Frost, the team lost to Biddeford in double overtime (first team to score wins) and Lawrence by 2 points and beat Glenburn in pool play on Saturday.
On Sunday, the 17th, they beat Norridgewock in the quarterfinals and avenged their loss to Biddeford beating them by 5 points in the semifinals. They then went on to beat Glenburn 21-17 in the championship game.
The Team was coached by Jeff Watson and Josh Frost and was comprised of
