COVID and Flu Vaccine Clinic in Ellsworth – January 12
Friends in Action will be hosting a WALK-IN Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, January 12th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the Moore Community Center in Ellsworth.
The Moore Community Center is located at 5 General Moore Way.
Nurses from Northern Light Home Health will be administering COVID-19 vaccinations, booster shots and flu shots.
Depending upon availability both the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines will be offered.
If you need special accommodations, please call Friends in Action at 664-6016 so accommodations may be made.
Individuals will be taken in the order that they register at the door. Masks must be worn within the Moore Community Center.
In the event of inclement weather, the clinic will be offered on January 19th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon
