Couch Potato .0004K – Today April 1st

Ok all you couch potatoes! Time to rise and shine and head down to the Down East Family YMCA and participate in the Couch Potato .0004K!

This is the 4th Annual "Race" hosted by the Down East Family YMCA. Race times are 8:30, 10AM, 12 Noon and 3 PM. Entry costs are $10 and you get a fantastic T-shirt (while supplies last)

This is all inclusive, young ,old, fast , slow, walkers, strollers , oxygen tanks welcome! Wear a suit and heels if you like .Proceeds will be used to purchase free weights for the Senior classes
