Corn Hole Tournament May 20 and Boggy Brook Race/Walk May 21 to Benefit SkillsUSA Trip
There will be a lot happening at Hancock County Technical Center in Ellsworth the weekend of May 20-21 and all of it is to benefit the SkillsUSA students heading to compete in Nationals in Atlanta in June.
Saturday May 20
There will be a Cornhole Tournament with 3 divisions; Adults; Kids 12-18 and Kids 12 and under. The Adult competition begins at 4 p.m. with registration $20.00. The Kids 12-18 competition begins at 3 p.m with registration $10.00 and the Kids 12 and Under competition begins at 2 p.m. with registration $10.00 There are just 10 spots available for the Kids 12-18 and Kids 12 and under divisions. Then HCTC Director Bill Tracy will be going up on top of the storage unit until Hancock County Technical Center is able to reach their goal of $1500 to send students to Georgia. You can also just come hang out for fun, food, music, and to watch Mr. Tracy hang out in his tent!

Hancock County Technical Center is hosting its 9th Annual Boggy Brook 5K Road Race/Walk Sunday, May 21, in its own backyard on Boggy Brook Road.
Race and Walk Participants can pre-register HERE or at HCTC the day of the event. Registration cost is $25/person. The first 50 registrants receive a free t-shirt. The race starts and ends at HCTC at 9:00 a.m., with same day registration starting at 8 a.m.
