Community Closet in Ellsworth Needs Volunteers to Remain Open
The Community Closet in Ellsworth is a store that is vital to the community! It provides clothing, food, back to school supplies, household goods and more to the neediest of our friends and neighbors in Downeast Maine. Now the Community Closet needs volunteers to remain open and to continue to provide this safety net.
The Community Closet is located at 25 Eastward Lane in Ellsworth.
The Community Closet is open 10-2 on Monday and Wednesday and Thursday from 4 to 7. During that time they accept donations. That's where you can help. They need people to volunteer on a regular basis during those open hours to help move the donations from outside the store to inside.
