Bangor Hydro Electric Company's line crew have been out working in very difficult weather and they have made great strides in returning power to many customers. They are going to continue working throughout the night, but those without power as of 10 PM should be prepared to be without power overnight.

Restoration Details:Bangor Hydro crews will continue to work through the night tonight to restore power to customers affected by today's powerful winds. Coastal areas have been the hardest hit and power outages are widespread in nature, making it time-consuming to make repairs. The Customer Service Center will remain staffed tonight to address customer needs. Although crews are still working to restore power, some customers will remain without power over night tonight.

Customers are reminded to avoid coming in contact with fallen power lines and trees near touching them.
