7 Month Old Waterskiing Safe… Or.. Not? Video and Poll

There a video on You Tube, see below, that has a 7 month old strapped it to water skis, holding a pvc support, much like young children use when learning how to skate. He's being towed by a boat, quite close to shore, and his mum is able to run along side while he's being towed.
