Free Cooking Class at Harbor House

The Harbor House Children's Center in Southwest Harbor is offering a series of FREE cooking classes beginning Monday, October 14th. The class, entitled "Cooking Matters for Parents of Preschoolers" is taught by Chiaolin Karona of "Chow Maine Asian Specialties".

During the class, you will learn how to feed your family better, for less! You'll learn new recipes, cooking techniques, shopping tricks and nutrition tips. Each week, the students will make several recipes and take home a FREE bag of groceries to make at least one recipe at home!
