Earlier we posted a story about vegetarian main courses for Thanksgiving. If you missed it, you can click HERE to see it. After reading it, one of my Facebook friends, Kimberly Clark said that she had a killer vegetarian lasagna, and the best part is, when assembled in advance and left to sit over night in the refrigerator, they flavors meld beautifully.
