Two Charged Following Sullivan Woman’s Overdose Death
Two men have been charged following the overdose death of a Sullivan woman.
James Grindel, 54, of Waltham was arrested on a warrant for Unlawfully Furnishing of Schedule Drugs. Richard Drost, 44, of Sullivan was arrested on a warrant for Unlawful Trafficking of Schedule Drugs.
Police say the men furnished and sold Fentanyl to Nina Wallace, 34, of Sullivan. The drug contributed to her death, police say. In August, Sullivan was found not breathing on a dirt turnout on the South Bay Road in Franklin.
Both suspects were friends with Wallace.
