The Ark Pope Memorial Animal Shelter in Cherryfield Celebrates Grand Opening – July 6th

The Ark Pope Memorial Animal Shelter located at 60 Barber Lane in Cherryfield is celebrating their Grand Opening with a Open House on Saturday, July 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

There will be staff-led tours of the new facility. You'll be able to dunk the Director. Danielle Bauer,  in the dunk tank! There will be a barbecue from Noon to 2 and fun activities.

Plus, you'll be able to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a Labrador Quilt, Framed Acadia Photo, an Acadia Boat Cruise, Dog and Cat Baskets and Restaurant Gift Certificats. Raffle tickets are one for $1.00 or six for $5.00
