Strong Thunderstorms Possible Downeast Wednesday Afternoon

Update - The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for Downeast Maine  from 12:05 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday June 30th

The National Weather Service has issued a special weather statement regarding the possibility of strong thunderstorms Wednesday afternoon June 30th.

Thunderstorms may contain strong wind gusts, hail and torrential downpours.

If you hear thunder you are advised to take immediate cover.
