Should Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Be Treated As An Enemy Combatant(Poll)
One week ago today, April 15th, terrorists struck the Boston Marathon and during that episode, and the subsequent manhunt, 4 were killed and hundreds injured. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was captured on Saturday, April 20th and is now in custody. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev became a naturalized United States citizen on September 11, 2012.
In light of everything my question to you is this....
