A lot is at stake tonight for the Boston Red Sox, as they take on the Minnesota Twins! For the first time all season, the Red Sox were swept in a series, as they lost all three games to the Texas Rangers in Texas Friday - Sunday. For the first time on Sunday, May 5th, the Red Sox lost a game when they scored first!

Tonight Red Sox ace Clay Buchholz takes the mound.  After his last start, Toronto Blue Jay announcer and former star pitcher Jack Morris said Buccholz was doctoring the ball.

Buchholz is 6-0 on the season, winning all of his starts and has a 1.01 ERA, but everyone will be watching him tonight after the accusations.

In other news, David Ortiz has a 25 game hitting streak after yesterday's home run in the first inning.. He is hitting .438 (39 of 89) with 10 doubles, 6 home runs and 23 RBIs in that stretch.

Closer Andrew Bailey went on the 15 day disabled listed, and the Red Sox activated lefty Craig Breslow.
