Officer Shawn Merchant on Every 15 Minutes Program [VIDEO]

On May 2nd Ellsworth High School participated in the Every 15 Minutes Program. Officer Shawn Merchant was the point person at the Ellsworth Police Department in organizing this event. Officer Merchant talks about what goes into the planning and all the first responders who volunteer their time for this sobering program
