New Bar Harbor Bed Race Champions Crowned [PHOTOS]

Saturday November 10th was a wet, day... Perfect for the 10th Annual Bar Harbor Bed Races! The teams from R.M. Flagg had dominated the previous 9 years, winning 5 races. But this year there were a total of 11 teams competing, and the Bar Harbor Chamber added a twist, requiring the teams to stop half way up and back, come to a complete stop and the pushers/pullers had to switch sides!

The team from R.M. Flagg won the preliminary heat, clocking in with the best time, but in the 3 team run-off, the team from the Bar Harbor Inn was declared the winners having the fastest time!
