MMA Ship Jump This Sunday August 26

Members of the  Maine Maritime Academy Class of 2022 are down in Castine and their first week will culminate with the traditional ship jump from the TS State of Maine.

In what has to be one of the best traditions, first year students follow President Brennan as they jump from the stern of the TS State of Maine into the Atlantic Ocean. It's their "jump" into their life as a Mariner.

Friends, alumni and family are invited to come and watch from the Maine Maritime Academy Waterfront beginning at 8AM this Sunday, August 26th or else you can watch it live HERE.
