Meet the Teacher – Bronwyn Kortge [VIDEO]

It's been 3 years since we had conducted one of the MDI Meet the Teacher interviews but after the MDI Show Choir won the State Vocal Jazz Competition, it was time to convince Bronwyn Kortge to participate! Kortge is the Director of Choral Music at MDI High School.

Kortge talked about her inspiration in planning the MDI Show Choir selections along with  the collaborative manner she adopts. She talked about the success the school has had Bronwyn also talks about why the Trojan Trebles were formed.

Bronwyn talked about the rules of Show Choir and explained some of the challenges in competing. She talked about her education and her dance experience. Kortge also talked about how lucky she is to have the schools on the Island participating in Show Choir and then at the end of the video addressed the community.
