MDI Boys Tennis Falls in Northern Regionals to Foxcroft Academy 1-4

The MDI Boy's Tennis Team fell to Foxcroft Academy in the Northern Class B Regionals late Saturday afternoon, June 3rd, 1-4.

Here are the individual match results.

• #1 Singles Westy Granholm defeated Gerry Nguyen 6-4, 3-6,  10-6 in the 3rd set tiebreaker
• #2 Singles Treyan Nelson lost to Fernando Calderon 2-6, 1-6
• #3 Singles Evan Ankrom lost to Nico Taracena 6-3, 6-6 ( 4-7 ) in the 2nd set tiebreaker and 4-10 in the 3rd set tiebreaker
• #1 Doubles Jameson Weir/Owen Kelly lost to Eduardo Lopez/Biel Trulles 4-6, 2-6
• #2 Doubles Riley Donahue/Bowdoin Allen lost to Carlos Rodriguez/Pablo Rasano 1-6, 4-6.

MDI ended their season with a 12-2 record.
