MDI and Old Town Battle to Scoreless Draw

In a game broadcast on Ticket TV, the MDI Trojans' and Old Town Coyotes' Boys Soccer Teams battled to a scoreless draw at Victory Field in Old Town on Thursday, October 5th.

The 2 teams met in Bar Harbor back on September 27th with the Trojans winning 1-0 with 1:02 left in double overtime.

That means that between the October 5th and September 27th games the 2 teams have played a total of 179 minutes of scoreless soccer!

MDI is now 4-5-1 and will host Caribou on Saturday, October 7th. That game will now be played at 2 p.m. because of the anticipated heavy rain.

Old Town is now 2-7-2. The Coyotes will travel to Presque Isle on Monday, October 9th to play the Wildcats at 1 p.m.
