McKim Upped at The First

With the announcement yesterday, May 20th of The First's Chief Executive Officer and President, Daniel R. Daigneault's intent to retire in 2015, The First announced that Tony McKim, who is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer will be promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 1, 2014 and will be in line to be Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Bank upon the resignation of Mr. Daigneault.

McKim has volunteered his time for many years in Hancock County sports. A founder of the Acadia Football League, president and coach of Acadia LIttle League, a volunteer for MDI high school sports boosters,a volunteer with Trenton youth sports. This past year he was coach of the MDI Freshman basketball team.

Tony McKim is married to wife Wendy. They have four sons, Tyler, Kyle, Keegan and Chase.
