Illiterate or Rulebreakers? [PHOTOS]

Behind MDI High School there is a waste water retention pond. It's on a road that leads to the MDI Football practice field. As I was driving up for tonight's MDI-Hermon Football Game, I noticed that there were a flock of ducks swimming in the pond!

Which made me ponder... Are the ducks illiterate or just rule breakers flaunting authority? It's the little things that make you go hmmmm!
