Here's the latest update from the National Weather Service and the Hancock County Emergency Management Agency.
Significant ice accumulation will make travel nearly impossible. Falling power lines and tree branches will cause power outages Downeast Maine. Timeline - After midnight on Sunday, January 12th through early Sunday afternoon.

According to the Hancock County Management Agency "There are 2 distinct forecasts with coastal communities predicted to receive slight ice accumulation during a mostly rain event. Inland communities may experience up to an inch to 1 1/2 inches of shnow/sleet and the possibly up to 1/2 inch of ice. With accompanying winds, extensive utility outages are expected as well as dangerous roadway conditions"
