Ellsworth Eagles Shut Out Waterville Panthers 50-0 [STATS]

The Ellsworth Eagles rolled over the Waterville Panthers 50-0 on Friday night, September 11th at Ellsworth High School.

Ellsworth wasted no time in scoring. They kicked off and drove the ball into the shins of one of the Waterville upbacks and recovered the fumble and scored on the drive. As a matter of fact Ellsworth scored on every possession in the 1st Half, with the exception of 1, when Waterville picked off quarterback Wyl Renwick.

Ellsworth led 22-0 at the end of the 1st Quarter and then 36-0 at the end of the 1st Half.

At the end of the 1st Half Waterville was held to 17 yards total offense, with 36 yards passing and -19 yards rushing. Ellsworth in the 1st Half had 368 yards of total offense, with 197 yards passing and 141 yards rushing.

The entire 2nd half was played with running time, and no clock stoppages.
