Former EHS Eagle Ellie Clarke Named New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Women’s Swimmer of the Week

Not a bad start to your collegiate swimming career! Win 3 races and set 2 college records and oh by the way, be named the NEISDA (New England Intercollegiate Swimming and Diving Association's Women's Swimmer of the Week! Have a week Ellie Clarke!

Clarke in her 1st Collegiate meet set 2 Husson Eagles records and nearly a 3rd! Racing backstroke on the Eagle's 200 yard medley relay she touched in with a time of 29.40 besting the 15 year record on 29.47.

In the 100 back, she set the 2nd record with a time of 1:04.18 winning the event. She also won the 50 yard backstroke, with a time of 29.44 just fractions off the record.

Ellie also led off the 200 free relay with a time of 26.56, the fastest leg of any of the 16 swimmers who swam the relay event!
