First National Bank – Dream First Rewards [VIDEO]

WDEA's Chris Popper sat down with Tony McKim, the President of First National Bank. McKim spoke about the new Dream First Rewards Program, the growth of the bank, and his CEO employee outreach program.

The Dream First Reward's Program encourages locals to shop locally. Participating merchants will offer a special discount to First National Bank debit card holders, which will be rebated to cardholders on their monthly statements. Merchants are able to change their offer as needed, if they wish, for example offering a larger discount to locals in the shoulder and off seasons.
