Ellsworth Road Construction – Week Beginning Tuesday May 27

Here are the projects that Ellsworth Public Works plan on tackling beginning on Tuesday, May 27th.

On Tuesday, May 27th the end of Dean Street where it intersects with High Street will be closed. Public Works will be conducting work of Water Department boxes in the southbound lane of High Street at this location. Southbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane through the work zone. Work is scheduled to take place in the morning. Drivers travelling towards High Street on Deane Street will be redirected.

On Wednesday, May 28th at approximately 1 a.m. Public Works will close both southbound lanes of High Street near 211 High Street (in front of Pizza Hut) to conduct work on Water Department boxes. During this time, alternating one-way traffic will be in place to allow vehicles to travel both northbound and southbound through the area.
