It's hard to believe that Christmas is 26 days away, as I write this on "Black Friday". There are lots of opportunities to make a difference this Holiday Season and here is another...

The Ellsworth Police Department has teamed up with Community Closet 207 to help fulfill Christmas Wishes.

On November 21st they had 163 names on a board in the police station and were looking for help in fulfilling them.

If you are out and about this weekend, please, if you are able, stop in the Ellsworth police station and pick up a tag or 2 from the board. Then do your shopping and return the gift(s) to the police station.

The boards will be up at the Ellsworth Police station until December 13th. On Saturday, December 14th, they will be at the Ellsworth Walmart with their Annual "Stuff a Cruiser" event.

Thanks in advance for your generosity!
