Of particular concern is the potential for in excess of 2 inches of rain and the possibility of up to 3 inches of rain. There will be damaging wind gusts, likely resulting in extended power outages and downed trees, limbs and other debris. Astronomical high tides are to occur at 11:30 PM Friday and 9:30AM on Saturday and combined with the Southerly winds, may cause roadway flooding.

Of further risk is the rapidly cooling temperatures when the storm departs on Saturday, resulting in flash freezing of water remaining on the roads.
