Dead Body Discovered In Bucksport [UPDATE]
Editor's note: This story has been updated with the identity of the deceased man.
Bucksport Police are investigating the discovery of a man's body on the road.
According to WVII-TV, police responded to a report of a man who was bloody and not breathing just before 6 p.m. Tuesday.
The man, who was identified by police as 72-year-old Richard Newbegin, was lying on the ground at the end of a driveway on Grant Lane. At this point, police are considering it an unattended death. Foul play is not suspected.
The State Medical Examiner will now work to determine how the man died.
