Why Wouldn’t You Want This Adorable Kitty From Hancock County SPCA?
I got my first pet as an adult only a year ago.
It's true. I mean, we had a few cats when I was a kid, but I never felt a strong bond with them so much. But about a year ago, my wife and I got our first dog, and my life just hasn't been the same since at all. We discovered this whole new world of awesomeness that only pets can provide.
For real, I like my dog better than I like a lot of people. You hear folks say that, but until you have your own pet, it just isn't the same. We also don't have any kids, so we pretty much put all that energy into making our dog the happiest dog in the world. So far, so good I think.
If you need a pet in your life, how about Princess Puffalump?
Look at this sweet little kitty. She's ready to adopt right now at the Hancock County SPCA in Trenton. She's 5 years old, and was a stray before her time at the shelter. These days, she'd love to find her forever home, but would love a home with older kids. Princess Puffalump loves to nap, and sometimes small kids don't let her nap as much as she'd like.
She also gets along pretty well with other animals, so long as they don't wake her up too much. Honestly, I'm a bit envious. I find myself wanting a nap most of the time, and never have the time for it. Cats can just make time whenever they want. My dog wants naps sometimes, but there's always too many smells or treats he might miss.
