City of Ellsworth Unable to Process Vehicle Registrations, Collect Taxes, Payments After 3PM on Friday December 7th

If you are planning on registering your vehicle, pay property taxes, license your dog, pay your water or sewer bill at Ellsworth City Hall on Friday, December 7th, you'll need to do so before 3PM!

The City will be upgrading its financial software beginning at 3PM on Friday the 7th. As a result, it will not be able to process the following transactions on Friday afternoon after 3PM: motor vehicle registrations, taxes, water/sewer, and dog licenses.

They expect to be fully operational on  Monday, December 10th , opening as normal at 8AM
