Carryout Cafe – Thursday March 11th at Neighborhood House

The Neighborhood House has added a special evening  Carryout Cafe which will take place this Thursday, March 11th! As always, the suggested donation is $7, and seniors are invited to join “on the house.” Dinner will be served from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

On the menu this week is Lasagna with Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread and Tiramisu for dessert This week's sponsor is August Moon Catering

The next Carryout Cafe will be Thursday, March 18th as they return to the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the Month, through April. The service window in the Neighborhood House's kitchen will serve as the “takeout window” where you can pick up your carryout meal. Everyone is asked to space out accordingly in line and wear a cloth face covering while inside.

For years, the Neighborhood House's Community Cafe has been a highlight of Thursdays, as residents have been able to gather for a great meal and a little community conversation every other Thursday in the winter. Because of COVID-19, organizers have instead decided to transform the Community Cafe to the Carryout Cafe for 2020-21.
