Calling All MDIHS Track and Field Alumni

Are you a MDI High School graduate that competed on either the Indoor or Outdoor Track and Field Team? If so, Coach Aaron Long would like to talk to you!

Coach Long is looking for a few (or a lot) of former MDI Indoor and/or Outdoor Track and Field athletes to come visit us this December! If you are willing, you could speak to this years teams in person. If you can't do that you can send an email to student-athletes as simple as "good luck this season". If convenient you could  even warm-up with the team. There are a number of options available.
