Bar Harbor Food Pantry Needs Your Help

The Bar Harbor Food Pantry has put out an urgent need for help from the community to provide items to patrons in need.

In a July 3rd Facebook post, the pantry specifically requested

• Coffee and tea
• Jelly
• Cooking oil
• Cat food (wet and dry)
• Dog food (wet and dry)
• Sanitary pads
• Shampoo
• Soap
• Toothpaste
• Toddler size diapers

Items may be dropped off at the Bar Harbor Food Pantry, located behind the YWCA on Mount Desert Street or left in the Bar Harbor Hannaford's drop-off box located immediately on your left upon entrance of the store
