No dear, we're not going to make a second trip.

This purely overloaded car was seen traveling south on Route 3 towards Mount Desert Island yesterday, and it looks like just about everything except maybe the kitchen sink was aboard, although, we're really not sure, it may been.

The older model sedan was certainly weighted down, which may have been good because the car was ridding a little lower, which means that the phone pole wires didn't need to be raised for it to make it on by.

We hear that this vehicle with a 5-ton payload finally made its destination somewhere within Southwest Harbor without being pulled over. Probably because any cop would not want to take the immense amount of time to search through the car's contents.

Things like this you just don't see everyday, and for good reason. Happy trails.
